Planna
As the sole designer at Planna, I embraced a diverse role. When they approached they had just their logo. I collaborated closely with the CEO and Chief Product Owner, shaping their Brand Styleguide, Design System, and creative concepts. I conducted research, led workshops, and guided the development of the MVP for the launch on both iOS and Android platforms.





From Brand Guidelines to Understanding Home Owners
Once the Brand Guidelines were in place I produced an early stage prototype an tested it with a mix of new and old home owners. Following the User Research, the insights help us to iterate the design and more importantly forced the team to start thinking about the categories of content that will go in the app.
I influenced the team to hire a content strategist in order for the project to continue safely.




Design System & MVP
I continued by establishing the foundations of a design system and creating the final design for the MVP (Minimum Viable Product). The brand has evolved since then, but all the user flows, from the product tour to onboarding, sign-up, and core navigation, remain identical to the deliverables I provided to the team.





Planna has successfully grown since then as a team and their App gets a 4.9 on IOS and on Google Play
