I have 13 years experience as a Designer and 6 years in building and leading User Experience teams.

As Head of Experience Design at JustGiving, I helped scale the Crowdfunding side of the business from an idea to a $100M revenue platform. 
While at Skype and Microsoft I led work on the first cross-functional web app, serving millions of users and launched Chatbots, AI, and Send Money features.

Before my recent experience with the Department for Business and Trade, I worked with clients like Lloyds Bank O2, Vodafone, Sony, Coca-Cola. I believe in a balanced approach consisting of formal methods, co-creation, iteration, empathy & innovation.
